Cheers!!

Muy ad hoc a este fin de semana que empieza lleno de fiestas y compromisos sociales (lástima que no se puede partir uno en pedazos o teletransportarse a varios sitios para poder ir a todos, ah, porque justo todos coinciden el mismo fin de semana) comparto esta foto que tomé en el bar del hotel Sofitel, en Luxemburgo. Como verán, son dos copas que parecieran de champán, pero no, son de crémant. El crémant es una bebida espumosa de la zona luxemburguesa de la Mosela, hecha en base al método tradicional de producción de vinos espumosos. ¡Y es una delicia!

Cuando vivía ahí, uno de los mejores planes era: cena tardía en la Brasserie Guillaume a base de carpaccio (tienen un festival del carpaccio sensacional, donde uno no puede parar de probar todas las variedades), paseo en la Place Guillaume y de ahí, rumbo al Sofitel a dejarse llevar por la buena música, el ambiente, la vista espectacular de la ciudad y por supuesto, dos copas de crémant.

Y por el motivo tan festivo del día de hoy, quiero dedicar este post a Miguel, que cumple años y me perderé su mega fiesta y a Ana que mañana se casa y hoy empieza el jolgorio, el cual no me perderé.

Very ad hoc for this weekend that begins full of parties and social engagements (too bad one can't be separated apart in pieces or teleport to various places to attend all parties, ah, because as a coincidence, everybody celebrates this weekend) I want to share this photo I took at the Sofitel bar in Luxembourg. As you see, they seem two glasses of champagne, but  not, they are of crémant. The crémant is a sparkling wine of the Moselle region of Luxembourg and it's made upon the traditional method of sparkling wine production. And it is delicious!


When I lived there, one of the best plans was late dinner at the Brasserie Guillaume, based  on carpaccio (they have this spectacular festival where you just can't stop eating all sorts of carpaccio), then a little walk on the Place Guillaume and then, toward the Sofitel to be swayed by good music, the atmosphere, the spectacular view of the city ​​and of course, two glasses of crémant.


And with this so festive spirit, I dedicate this post to Miguel, whose birthday is today and I will miss his mega party,  and to Ana, who is getting married tomorrow and today begins the fun, which I will not miss.
