Leo vintage

Ayer, mientras comía, mi abuelita me mostró emocionada algunas piezas de tiempos pasados que había encontrado en su armario. Entre ellas, este anillo, perteneciente a la época juvenil de mi mamá. Fue un regalo que le hicieron en 1973, con su fecha de nacimiento grabada en el interior y su nombre. La verdad me encantó. ¿Se aprecia el grabado? Es un león, la palabra LEO y el símbolo que representa ese signo zodiacal.

Al igual que mi madre, yo soy Leo también. Creo que se convertirá en una de mis piezas fetiches. ^^

Tengo una gran debilidad por las piezas vintage (creo que ya he contado previamente lo fan que soy de estas tiendas en Paris, luego mostraré algunos de mis hallazgos), y esta joyita sería una de esas por las que no me resistiría: tan única, personal y con carga emocional.

Quizás sería como algunas de las características del signo de Leo: emana energía, creatividad, diversión, educación, pasión y organización. Uf, ¡¡vaya personalidad la mía si tuviera todas esas!!

Así que, respondiendo a mi querido amigo Sergio, que a través de Instagram me preguntó si sería el anillo de compromiso, no, la considero ya una pieza de familia.

Yesterday, while eating, my grandmother showed me excited a few pieces of the past she had found in her closet. Among them, this ring, that belongs to my mom's youth. It was a gift she received in 1973, with her birth date and her name engraved on the inside. I loved it. Do you appreciate the engraving? It's a lion, the word LEO and the symbol that represents this zodiac sign.

Like my mother, I'm Leo, too. I think it will become one of my fetishes pieces. ^^

I have a sort of weakness for vintage pieces (I think I have previously talked about it, that I'm a fan of these stores in Paris; someday I'll  show you some of my findings), and this ring would be one of those I wouldn't  resist: so unique, personal and emotionally charged.

Perhaps it would have some of the characteristics of the sign of Leo: exudes energy, creativity, fun, education, passion and organization. Ugh, how it would be my personality if I had all those!

So, to answer my dear friend Sergio, who through Instagram asked if it was my engagement ring, I answer not, I would consider it as a piece of family.
