Postcard from Toledo

Toledo es uno de esos lugares que sorprende cuando lo visitas. Un pequeño lugar de España, cargado de historia, con rincones preciosos y vistas maravillosas, como ésta, que tomé desde el Parador.

Capital del reino Visigodo y del Imperio, es conocida como la "Ciudad de las tres culturas", pues en ella convivieron cristianos, judíos y musulmanes, hecho que la convierte en un singular espectáculo arquitectónico europeo.

¿Se imaginan lo que eso habrá sido?

Toledo is one of those places that surprises you when you visit it. It's a small place in Spain, full of history, beautiful corners and magnificent landscapes, like this one, that I captured while having a glass of fresh water from the Parador.

Capital of the Visigothic kingdom and the empire, is known as the "City of the three cultures", since there they lived in Christians, Jews and Muslims, a fact that makes it a unique European architectural spectacle.

Can you imagine what that must have been?
