¡Amor, amor, amor!

O más bien "Amour, amour, amour!"... ¿o acaso "Love, love, love!"?

Sea como sea, hoy 14 de febrero toca ponerse romántico, inspirado y cursi, por supuesto. Y con tanta miel alrededor, les comparto estas fotos que tomé en el famoso Puente de las Artes (Pont des Arts) en París, la ciudad del amor por excelencia. 

No sé cómo empezó esta fantástica colección de candados de amor, que los hay de todo tipo y provenientes de todo el mundo, inmortalizando parejas con mensajes de amor de todos los estilos: dulces, amorosos, clásicos, salvajes, modernos...lo que sé es que es la imagen ideal para San Valentín. 

La tradición marca escribir los nombres de los enamorados en el candado antes de cerrarlo en el puente, tirar la llave al río Sena y sellar el protocolo con un beso, marcando para siempre una historia en un puente de 2 siglos de antigüedad.

Que sea un pretexto para dar y recibir amor.

Anyway, today February 14 is a good day to be romantic, get inspired and cheesy, of course. And with so much honey around, I share with you these photos I took in the famous Pont des Arts in Paris, the city of love par excellence.

I don't know how this fantastic collection of locks of love started, where there are all kinds and from all over the world, immortalizing couples with messages of love of all styles: sweet, loving, classic, wild, modern...what I do know is that the image is perfect for Valentine's Day.

Tradition says it's needed to write the names of lovers in the lock before closing it in the bridge, throw the key into the river Seine and seal the protocol with a kiss, marking forever a story on a bridge of two centuries old.

Make it a pretext to give and receive love.
